I understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice so I can offer your spot to another client.

If you’re running late, I’ll always do my best to accommodate you. Please know that your session may be shortened to respect the next appointment, but you’ll still receive as much care as possible during your time.
